All logos or designs provided by customers must be owned or licensed by them. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues.
3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full or as agreed.

Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders are non-refundable once embroidery has begun.
4. Delivery & Turnaround

Standard turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds

Because products are customized, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

ODT Printworx is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or misuse of products once delivered.
