2. Products & Services

  • We provide custom embroidery services for workwear and apparel.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly.

  • All logos or designs provided by customers must be owned or licensed by them. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full or as agreed.

  • Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once embroidery has begun.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because products are customized, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.

  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Liability

  • ODT Printworx is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or misuse of products once delivered.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
